The Central Louisiana Juneteenth Association supports, encourages, and perpetuates cultural awareness, community revitalization, and economic development by means of educational seminars, workshops festivals, cultural events, theatrical performances empowerment summits, and community meetings that commemorate and celebrate the African American experience.
A voter registration drive was held with the Power Coalition to provide citizens with much-needed information regarding the upcoming congressional and presidential elections.
