Welcome to the Central Louisiana Juneteenth website. We strive to celebrate the African American experience through awareness and community involvement.
The 34th Annual Central Louisiana Juneteenth Celebration in Alexandria, Louisiana, will take place in June 2026. Check back for more.
The Central Louisiana Juneteenth Association supports, encourages, and perpetuates cultural awareness, community revitalization, and economic development by means of educational seminars, workshops festivals, cultural events, theatrical performances empowerment summits, and community meetings that commemorate and celebrate the African American experience.

The Juneteenth State Convention met in Alexandria, LA at Mt. Zion Family Life Center on December 14, 2024. The Juneteenth queen who sang, Busines was discussed and plans were made for the 2025 Juneteenth Celebration. VIEW MORE IMAGES.
